Air India completes cabin upgrade on all Heathrow routes, adds seats to Gatwick and Birmingham

Air India today announces that every one of its flights to and from London Heathrow will operate with new or upgraded cabins from January 2027. This comes as the airline’s daily service between London Heathrow and Bengaluru will transition from the legacy B787-8 to Air India’s retrofitted B787-8 aircraft.
