The Nanaimo Clippers and Cowichan Valley Capitals’ B.C. Hockey League playoff series has been extended another game.
The Clippers were at Cowichan Community Centre Friday, April 24 in Game 5 of their second-round series and lost 5-0 to the hometown Capitals. Scoring for Cowichan Valley, Curtis Freeman, Jack McAra, Anthony Hall, Trace Frieden and Havryil Simchuk.
Jaiden Sharma earned the shutout stopping 29 shots. Eliot Séguin-Lescarbeau started the game for Nanaimo and stopped 14 of 1
