The Transformers franchise may not exactly be remembered as a critical darling, other than Bumblebee and Transformers One, perhaps, but the blockbuster movie series that kicked off in 2007 has proved to be a box office powerhouse. Excitingly, plans are now in action for a new Transformers movie, with Michael Bay back in the director’s seat, and Steven Spielberg producing. That’s a remarkable team-up.
