A flourless chocolate torte is a glorious thing. Even though I’m not gluten free, it’s still one of my favorite desserts to order at a restaurant (right behind banana pudding or bananas Foster). It’s extra-fudgy and super-rich. And a side scoop of vanilla ice cream is never a bad idea. Despite how much I love flourless chocolate cake, I’ve never attempted to make one myself.
