Ramona residents are being asked on Nov. 3 to vote on Measure P, a proposal to update the Ramona Municipal Water District’s $1 million capital spending limit.
The limit has been in place since approved by voters as Proposition NN in 1988.
Measure P proposes to increase the spending limit for new projects, property acquisitions and property improvements to $10 million of district funds without requiring voter approval, said RMWD General Manager Erica Wolski.
