Re “Supervisors OK limits on public comments” (Oct. 7): It chills the First Amendment rights of the general public to let a few frequent flyers monopolize public comment to engage in hate speech. Board Chair Terra Lawson-Remer’s three-item speaking limit doesn’t go far enough. Let members of the public speak at the podium once a month.
