Dolly Parton’s literacy initiative still has an influence in the NWT

Children from around the world were touched by the late Dolly Parton’s wish to see young people develop a love for reading from the time they were born.
It was a love Parton hoped would open doors and lead to happy lives, notes a program director with the NWT Literacy Council.
