One of my favorite pieces of cookware is the Dutch oven. I like how you can transfer the hefty pot (and lid) between the stovetop and the oven and use a single piece of cookware to braise roasts or bake bread . I’ve tested 10 in the last two years, and I still use four of them because I love them so much. There’s one I use only for baking, another just for baking sourdough, and the two others are primarily for the stovetop unless a one-pan dinner calls for a Dutch oven.
