Due to the provincial state of emergency, The Butchart Gardens is cancelling its weekend fireworks show.
The show slated for Aug. 15 is cancelled, a performance by The Temps continues, starting at 7:30 p.m. While yearlong passes are normally not valid on fireworks days, they will be honoured Saturday.
