Dozens of tents have been set up in Keogan Sports Park in Okanagan Falls alongside portable buildings hosting BC Wildfire Service’s incident command for the Bald Range Wildfire.
The park saw 100 Mexican wildland firefighters arrive in the evening of Aug. 10, just three days after the fire erupted west of Summerland.
More firefighters from across B.C., from departments near like Kelowna, to further away like Mill Bay and Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
