The Victoria Police Department is asking for public assistance in identifying a man after possibly “hate-motivated” graffiti appeared in the 2100-block of Vancouver Street.
The incident occurred at around 4 a.m. on Aug. 2, where CCTV footage captured a man – about six feet tall with long, dark hair, a dark moustache and a tattoo on his left hand – spray painting a building.
