VALLADOLID, YUCATAN — Federal security forces have captured Héctor Manuel “N”, alias “El Kado,” a high-profile criminal leader operating out of Quintana Roo to direct illicit activities nearly 2,500 miles away in Baja California. He was arrested while traveling through Valladolid, Yucatán.
The arrest was officially announced by Mexico’s Secretary of Security and Public Protection, Omar García Harfuch, during President Claudia Sheinbaum’s morning press conference.
