Students with Rutland Senior Secondary’s (RSS) forestry program became the teachers on April 23 way out in the bush west of Peachland.
The high schoolers helped Grade 3 and 4 students from Glenmore Elementary School plant 660 trees to regrow the forest.
RSS forestry teacher Marshall Corbett has been leading the class for about eight years and has enjoyed watching the high school students find a reason to enjoy learning.
