These are five of my favorite hard boiled egg recipes, perfect to make when you have leftover boiled eggs from Easter! Egg salad, potato salad, egg vinaigrette and more. The options are endless. And delicious.
If you find yourself with an abundance of hard boiled (or soft boiled, or any boiled!) eggs this Easter Monday, I’ve got you.

1. Peanut butter egg season gets me every time.
2. Pistachio ganache is absolutely blowing my mind.
3. The secret to getting these super neon dyed eggs? Just forget about them in the mugs with the egg dye. Like, for hours.
4. Ten things that sucked about the 90s. This had me laughing. And I could not agree more: I HATE the brown lipliner trend as well as the 90s grunge look. Ick.
5. TV things. Ugh, the Love Story finale. Gutted me! Now I want to start this weird Something Bad Is About To Happen

It’s our school’s first year doing it so this is all new.
Only one more year until he can do it!
Until then he just makes his own races…
Both kids love the javelin the most!
