The Metal Gear Solid franchise is no stranger to supernatural or unexplained incidents. Most of it can be summarized as nanomachines or something out of the ordinary, but if there’s one thing the game never truly goes over is aliens.

Solid Snake is one of the most skilled CQC and combat specialists out there, but there’s another element he’s known for: stealth. Throughout the course of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and the Master Collection vol. 2, Snake will be tested in this category, as each act has various types of stealth elements.

Like any type of action game, Beast of Reincarnation comes with various methods to upgrade the main character, Emma, along with her loveable companion, Koo. Some of it is done through adding additional stats to their Strength or Vitality, while others can be skills learned in the extensive tree.

Beast of Reincarnation is very good at one thing: combat. It features a very satisfying counter-based combat system that also involves giving orders to a companion. With that said, what it isn’t well known for is its puzzles. This is an experience that doesn’t require too much thought into some of the objectives, but that’s not to say there aren’t a couple of puzzles spread throughout.
