SweGaN, a Linköping-based DeepTech company specialising in the design, development, and manufacturing of gallium nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) epitaxial wafers, has closed a €12.09 million ($14 million) Series B round to scale production and accelerate global growth.
