Nashville-based artist Hannah Cole makes crunchy, chewy indie rock that is grungy and poppy in a mid-’90s way. Following a couple EPs, she’s set to released her debut album, Switchbacks, on September 4 via Tight Knit. She made it with her partner Josef Kuhn, and the record was mixed by Sonny Diperri (American Football, Wisp, Julie).
