Inntektene fra olje- og gassproduksjonen er ventet å falle med 102 milliarder kroner neste år. Det kommer frem i statsbudsjettet. Regjeringa føreslår å redusere andelen av basislånet som kan gjerast om til stipend ved fullført folkehøgskule frå 40 % til 15 % frå hausten 2027. Årsaka er at dei vil likestille stipendandelen med universitets- og høgskuleutdanningar som ikkje fører fram til ein grad.
