I used to work at a restaurant that made the best roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. Anytime I was offered a comped meal or got to take home some leftovers after a dinner shift, my attention would always dart to that menu item. Since then, I have had a special appreciation for a bacon and Brussels dish. Even though our recipe is not the exact same as the one from the restaurant I used to work at, it is pretty close. And it might actually be better in some ways.
