Opponents of Baltimore’s newly approved Harford Road Overlay District said on Thursday they will take legal action against the legislation if it becomes law, continuing a fight that previously resulted in a court victory for residents.
The meeting comes after the Baltimore City Council voted on Oct. 19 to approve a measure that would allow more multifamily housing development along portions of the Harford Road corridor.
