Austria-based energy company OMV, in collaboration with infrastructure consultancy Cocreators, has been selected as the operator for the development and potential implementation of geothermal heating projects in the Amsterdam region in the Netherlands by Aardwarmte Regio Amsterdam. The new partners are expected to play an important role on investigating the feasibility and, if possible, the development of geothermal doublets in the region.
