Delhi police personnel protested the transfer of ACP Manasvi Vashistha following a confrontation with lawyers at Shahdara police station. Vashistha's suspension came after hundreds gathered to express their discontent at police headquarters. The personnel raised concerns about the dignity of the force and proposed the need for a structured grievance-redressal mechanism. A meeting with the police commissioner resulted in promises of addressing the genuine grievances raised by officers.
