It is a mistake to try to solve our election integrity crisis by focusing on individual elections. The real issue isn't whether fraud flipped any particular race. It's that voter-registration systems contain structural failures so severe-mass cloning, covert algorithmic tagging, irreconcilable records-that we can no longer know how many unique, eligible people voted in the first place.
