Sourabh Chandrakar has been extradited from Oman after being wanted for operating an illegal betting network. The CBI and ED conducted extensive investigations into the Mahadev Online Book cases. Investigators allege that betting operations were run from abroad, routing proceeds through multiple bank accounts. Chandrakar is accused of paying bribes to public servants to facilitate the network's operation.
