Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has taken an important decision for government employees and pensioners in the state ahead of the auspicious festival of Diwali. The state government has decided to hike the dearness allowance for government employees and dearness relief for pensioners by 2 percentage points. Accordingly, both rates will rise from 58 per cent to 60 per cent with effect from 1 November 2026.The decision will benefit approximately 3.85 lakh government employees and 1.50 lakh pens
