In Hyderabad, a woman discovered fungus in a packet of organic cooking butter she purchased. The commission determined that improper storage led to the contamination of the product sold by the retailer. Both the retailer and manufacturer were found guilty of unfair trade practices and deficiency in service. They were directed to refund the purchase price and pay compensation for the woman's mental agony.
