18 Million People Will Visit American Airlines Airport Lounges This Year, Up 80% From A Decade Ago

American Airlines expects 18 million lounge visits in 2026 up 80% from 10 million in 2016. Passenger traffic is up just 12.1%. Customers have more ways to get into lounges, better reasons to visit, and reasons to spend more time once they're there.
