Naboo, a Paris-based EventTech scale-up, has joined forces with UK specialist pro-ven, bringing together two of the Meetings and Events (M&E) sector’s prominent names.
Starting today, pro-ven becomes Naboo UK. Together, the combined entity now oversees €269 million ($300 million) in meetings and events worldwide. The acquisition was financed through an equal split of equity and debt. The move follows Naboo’s €58.7 million Series B funding round earlier this year, led by Lightspeed Venture P
