Planning Commission unanimously supports Rancho Bernardo townhome project

The City of San Diego Planning Commission has voted unanimously to recommend that the San Diego City Council approve a 122-townhome development by KB Home in Rancho Bernardo’s business district.
The project, dubbed City View, now heads to the City Council for a final decision. A date has not been announced.
Sara Osborn, a city project development manager, said it will not be considered before December.
