The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has upgraded its severe thunderstorm warning from Yellow Level 2 to Yellow Level 4 for parts of KwaZulu-Natal on Monday, 19 October.
The warning runs from 13:00 until 23:59, with heavy downpours, possible hail and excessive lightning threatening parts of the province.
