Nate Taylor launched Dead Ends on Spruce, a Halloween experience dedicated to families seeking a safe and fun outing. The festive display, equipped with animatronics and eerie soundscapes, started after an ad for complimentary decorations. Despite legal hurdles imposed by city officials, Taylor persevered. Last October, the event delighted around 18,000 visitors and provided special sessions for children with special needs, emphasizing inclusivity in community celebrations.
