Re “More people take transit to S.D. airport” (Oct. 11): It’s good news that more people are using public transit to get to the airport, but what about us in coastal and inland North County?
For some, the Coaster to Old Town to connect with the Flyer is an option, but the Coaster schedule is limited. Rather than spending millions of dollars and years of planning for a people mover or new trolley line, SANDAG should support direct NCTD bus transportation to the airport.
