The Eagles’ quarterback matchup against Carolina has changed considerably. Tanner McKee will start Sunday against Bryce Young, who has had a productive four-game start and has helped the Panthers enter Philadelphia at 2-2.Jalen Hurts is out with a superficial blood clot, leaving McKee to lead an offense that is also missing Saquon Barkley. Philadelphia must give a quarterback with two career starts enough support to keep pace with a Carolina passing game averaging 317 yards per game from Young.T
