A Delhi court on Saturday issued bailable warrants against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in 2018 defamation case.This comes after the court had issued fresh summons against Rathee in the case, noting that he has been living abroad for the last seven years and has come to India for the protests underway in the national capital.
