Chennai: Asserting that it cannot associate itself with “backstabber” Congress in the protests against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) on Saturday reiterated its demand for the dismissal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar for the “injustice rendered to voters” and extended its support to the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) and other student movements.
