Warning! Spoilers ahead for the Scrubs revival Season 2, Episode 4, "My Chief."I'll always remember Scrubs Season 9's misguided attempt to replace Zach Braff's JD with Kerry Bishé's Lucy Bennett. With Braff headed slowly for the exit that season, it made sense to swap out JD with a younger, less experienced doctor. However, the writers made Lucy too similar to JD, which ultimately led to her feeling like a pale imitation of Braff's character rather than his spiritual successor.
