A district consumer commission in Kerala has directed Global Pass to refund Rs 1.5 lakh to Akash. Akash had paid the amount for a promised job in Poland which was never arranged. The commission found the firm guilty of deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. It also ordered compensation and litigation costs to be paid to Akash.
