Pistachio has absolutely skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years, thanks in part to the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar that took the world by storm. Even prior to this trend I was a big fan of pistachio, so I’m not complaining that it is everywhere now. I have at least two nut butters in my pantry at all times. So when I got the opportunity to try Peppertux’s pistachio butter, I eagerly jumped at the chance.
