The good news is that African immigrants already have done well in the United States. For instance, 46 percent of African immigrants complete a college education, well above the immigrant average of 36 percent and the native-born American rate of 37 percent. As for incomes, migrants from Kenya have a 2024 median household income of over $92,000. Those from Cameroon have a median household income of over $91,000. Non-Hispanic
