As general election ballots arrive via mail this week, we urge Oahu voters to take time to closely review the 20 proposed amendments to the City Charter. Many have complicated sentences, so they will take some time to answer, let alone assess for well-considered votes. Today, the Star-Advertiser’s editorial board gives our recommendations on Questions 1-5; see Thursday and Friday for the remaining 15 proposed amendments.
