Connecticut has one of the strongest homeless response systems in the country. We should be proud of that. Over the past 20 years at The Housing Collective, I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when communities, service providers and elected officials come together to ensure that everyone has a place to call home. As I prepare to step away from The Housing Collective, I find myself thinking about what I hope we can achieve together in the next 20 years.
