National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) applications for 2027 are open, and the government has a clear message for students: don’t pay anyone.
Not to apply. Not to “help” you apply. Not ever.
As the deadline approaches, the government is also warning students to protect their details.
Because one shared password could cost you your funding.
The warning came from the South African government on X on Wednesday, 14 October.
