Two young victims who have accused former deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya of sexual offences have pleaded with the court to keep him behind bars, fearing for their lives if he secures bail.
The Randburg Magistrate’s Court heard their statements on Wednesday, 14 October, after the magistrate ordered investigators to obtain their views on Sibiya’s possible release.
