A Baltimore nonprofit identified in a senior city official’s letter to a judge as part of a proposed support network for Tyree Reynolds after his release from prison says it was never contacted about helping him.
Reynolds, 23, was released Sept. 25 after a judge reduced his prison sentence in a 2021 shooting case. Eight days later, police say he opened fire during an argument at Leon Day Park in West Baltimore, killing 12-year-old Khloe Ishway and wounding three others.
