Gavigan’s Furniture bought a 177,536-square-foot warehouse in Linthicum for $17.75 million, ending more than a decade as a tenant at the Anne Arundel County property.
The family-owned retailer, which operates six showrooms across Maryland, bought 700 Evelyn Ave. to house its warehouse operations and administrative offices. The company previously leased the building.
