MANILA, Philippines – Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Chairperson Richard Palpal-latoc and three other individuals are facing a graft complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman over alleged corruption involving a month-long training.
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed the complaint on Friday, October 9, for alleged violation of Section 3(e) of Republic Act No. 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. Other respondents are as follows:
