Toronto’s Financial District has a dual personality. On weekdays, the streets are a frenzy of fast-paced professionals in business casual. On weekends, the neighborhood relaxes into a slower pace. Shinji, a new Japanese steakhouse at 333 Bay Street, manages to bridge these two worlds—marrying a lively, social atmosphere with a sanctuary-like feel bathed in blue.
