There's light at the end of the proverbial tunnel for drivers and passengers who find today's oncoming headlights too bright or producing too much glare. This is not a new problem, as people complained about halogen lamps starting in the 1980s, then HID xenon lights, followed by the more contemporary LED, laser, and matrix jobs. New technologies, same problems, although forward visibility has improved.
