Japan’s big three convenience store chains, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson, all sell fine baked goods. The bread is on an especially high level, though, at Daily Yamazaki. Of course, that’s to be expected, what with the chain being owned by Japan’s biggest baking company, Yamazaki Baking Co. So whenever we find ourselves inside a Daily Yamazaki branch, we always make sure to check out what’s stocked in the sand
