Hay River South MLA Vince McKay claims RCMP surveillance is just the first step in effectively combating the NWT drug problem.
McKay expressed his discontentment in response to a recent Cabin Radio article highlighting the NWT RCMP’s request for the GNWT to implement highway cameras, license plate readers, and electronic offender monitoring in the NWT, in a Sept. 22 social media post.
